He-Man: The Third Coming

https://youtu.be/M7WTdsCRtFY

Yo what's up world it's ya man Slim Jim Longfoot aka Tha GOAT: King of America. Here with another post talking about something near and dear to me....Masters of the Universe. I have been a fan of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe as long as I have been alive. My most fondest Christmas was the Christmas of 1985 when I got the Fright Zone and of the characters from The Evil Horde. My collection of He-Man toys was pretty great. Sadly I lost all of my toys when they were left in a storage bin I couldn't afford to keep and it was auctioned off in 2017. Definitely the second biggest heartbreak of my life.

The MotU franchise has definitely stood the test of time and here we now, 40 years after the first toys came out via Mattel back in 1981...we are gearing up for the July 23rd Netflix premiere of Masters of the Universe: Revelations. I have been waiting on this series for about two years, since I first found out it was coming out. The video linked to this video is my interpretation of the iconic villain Skeletor from the series. When the 2002 revamped series came on Cartoon Network. I cried happy tears...because in my early 20s seeing the series I loved as a kid gave proof to me that the iconic 1980s will live forever!!!!

A few days ago, I saw images from MotU: Revelations and I shedded a single tear....for the same reason again. I don't care how much time has passed but give it up to those marketers of the 1980s, they made sure that they had lifelong consumers of these beloved products. This blog is dedicated to my dad, to this day still the strongest man in the universe to me. If you enjoyed this blog, please share it... more to come. Until next time, live life 'til ya die. 1💗

Why I YouTube

https://bit.ly/3k4x2gU I have have this Blogger account for a LOOOOOOONG time......here I will showcasing blogs old and new on this site. So that you may get a little insight on me. Who Am I you ask (or didn’t ask, whatever)? I am Slim Jim Longfoot aka Tha GOAT: King of America. I created the pseudonym Slim Jim Longfoot 20 years ago in 2001. It was an ode to the legendary Hip-Hop duo from my hometown (Atlanta, GA). More on the “King of America” origin in another blog. I write my first blog on Blogger 5 years after the birth of my great-niece, who was born 50 years and 1 day after legendary entertainer Janet Jackson. Her mother’s first middle is Janet’s first part of her middle name with a difference in the spelling. I love to write. After art it is my second love. My next love would be making videos. Whether they were audial or visual, it has been a treat to do since I was a kid in the 1980s and 1990s.  With that being said, I believe that answered the title of this blog, “Why I Yo...
